Amber Heard Reportedly Using Fake Name ‘Martha Jane Canary’ aka Calamity Jane as She Waits Out the Storm After Johnny Depp Trial Verdict Turned Her Life Upside Down
The highly publicized legal battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard started in 2016 when the actress filed for a divorce due to differences, and later filed a restraining order against the actor because he was abusive towards her, Depp denied the claims. However, after an op-ed by Amber Heard published in The Washington Post in 2018, the actor filed a defamation case stating that her comments have damaged his reputation and career.
The trial was closely monitored by the media, and there was evidence of violence and bruises, and both parties had a witness to testify their innocence. However, the court decided to give the decision against Amber Heard, which sparked a lot of controversies and it massively impacted the careers of both parties involved. Since the decision was against her it drew in a lot of negative attention wherever she went, to prevent attention, she is using an alias name Martha Jane Canary.
Amber Heard Using an Alias to Travel
According to Diario De Mallorca via Marca, Amber Heard was last seen on the Spanish islands of Palma de Mallorca. The One More Time actress was noticed with her daughter Oonagh Paige and girlfriend Bianca Butti. The actress has been using a covert name to make her travel arrangements to prevent the media from knowing about her travel destination.
Using an alias to travel is a common practice by celebrities and renowned public figures so that they can travel safely, and have some much-needed privacy from unwanted media attention. Ever since the court ruled the decision against her favor, Amber Heard is off the grid, to avoid attention from the media or paparazzi that would breach the privacy of her or her daughter.
Who was Calamity Jane?
Amber Heard’s alias name Martha Jane Canary is a legendary figure of the Wild West, who is also known as Calamity Jane. She was a frontierswoman and a scout in the Wild West, who spent her early life traveling with her family across the western United States, however, she soon became renowned for daring and unorthodox behavior that included dressing like men, carrying a firearm, and being a heavy drinker. Martha Jane Canary worked as a scout for the U.S. Army during the Indian Wars, and the figure claims to have worked alongside Wild Bill Hickok during the wars.
However, many historians claim that the legendary figure specifically opposed the Native Americans who fought the invasion from the eastern part of what was known as The Union and she followed the ‘Manifest Destiny’ that followed the word of God, they could settle in any land and proselytize people to follow Christianity as the one true religion
Many people believed that Amber Heard chose this name to take a swipe at Johnny Depp because the actor revealed his roots lie in the tribes of Native Americans, and the actor mentioned that his great-great-grandmother was Cherokee or Creek Indian.

The new figure is reportedly due to money for Armand de Brignac champagne and D’Usse cognac, a business venture that belonged to the rapper, until recently.
Interestingly, this increase in wealth comes without Hov, as he is often called, releasing a new album or going on tour.
In February, it was announced that JAY-Z had reached a settlement in his legal battle with D’USSE.
According to Bloomberg, HOV and Bacardi managed to settle a multi-billion dollar lawsuit that saw the Brand buy Jay’s stake in the company for $750 million. However, the rapper is said to retain a “significant interest,” indicating the acquisition of JayZ’s majority stake while he retains a minority stake within the company.
JAY said in his statement, “Growing D’USSÉ over the past decade from an idea to one of the fastest-selling spirits in history has been a blessing,”
According to TMZ, JayZ and Bacardi’s partnership began in 2011, and Hov intended to take over all of D’Usse’s books, records and deposits on drinks and accessories. Sources claimed that he also wanted physical inventory and process details.
The lawsuit states that the rapper “intended to monitor [Bacardi’s] business conduct to protect SC’s rights as a partner.”

The ‘Storage Wars’ star Gunter Nezhoda has died aged 67 after losing his battle with cancer, just six months after his diagnosis.
Nezhoda died in his sleep in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night as a result of complications from lung cancer, his son and fellow ‘Storage Wars’ star Rene Nezhoda told TMZ.
Rene said Nezhoda was diagnosed with lung cancer in September after smoking for 30 years – but the chemotherapy treatment left holes on his lungs.
Nezhoda flew to Utah for an emergency surgery to treat his lungs, but medics said there was nothing more they could do for him, Rene said.
In a video, Rene said: ‘I’m telling you guys this because I know that you guys connected with my dad.

My dad was one of the guys on Storage Wars that never really got any hate, people just loved him and being around him, including the crew.

‘A lot of people have been asking how my dad is doing and I just haven’t really talked about anything because we kept it private and we thought he was going to fully recover but unfortunately he didn’t.
‘He was 67 years old and all the love that you guys have shown him and support he really appreciated that.
‘And so hopefully he’s up there in heaven with my mom, dancing again with no more pain.’
Rene said Nezhoda’s son, Ricky, was with him when he passed away on Tuesday.
Gunter, who was born in Vienna and then lived in Frankfurt, Germany for ten years before moving to Las Vegas in 1990, starred in seven episodes of ‘Storage Wars’ from 2015-2019.
He was also a movie star and worked on Bass with the musicians Pat Travers, Leslie West, Michael Schenker, George Lynch, and Kevin Dubrow.
