Johnny Depp rocks out with pal Jeff Beck at New York concert . . . while lawyer Camille Vazquez – who represented him against Amber Heard and watched his show – steps out with new man

­Johnny Depp played the second show of his United States tour with legendary guitarist Jeff Beck on Friday, after the pair became fast friends in recent years and released a debut album together.

Meanwhile, Depp’s lawyer pal, Camille Vasquez, who was part of his legal team in the bombshell defamation case against ex-girlfriend Amber Heard, was seen strolling with her British boyfriend Edward Owen.

Vasquez was recently in the audience for Depp’s first show in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday and sported a VIP pass along with lawyer Ben Chew, who also defended Depp in the case.

Depp sported his typical rock star look, complete with sunglasses and a black cap as he let his long hair loose on stage.

The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star wore a black jacket with black jeans along with a signature abundance of dangling jewelry.

The pair seemed to be an item as they held hands during their stroll of New York City.

Depp smiled as he jammed with Beck, who has been inducted twice into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Over his storied career, Beck has won eight Grammy awards, been nominated into the top 100 guitarists of all time by Rolling Stone and played an expansive list of hits across many different genres.

They eventually started playing music together in 2019 and have toured in Europe ahead of their first US tour

Depp and Beck met in 2016 and became good friends, bonding over their shared love of music and cars.

The embattled 59-year-old has embarked on the music tour, playing multiple concerts and releasing new music after his high-profile legal battle against ex-wife, Amber Heard.

Vasquez also found herself thrust into the limelight after defending the actor in his highly publicized case that had the jury largely siding with him.

Heard had claimed in a 2018 op-ed for the Washington Post that she was a domestic abuse survivor. She’s now been ordered to pay Depp $10 million in compensation and $5 million in punitive damages.

A court ruled that Heard had defamed him in the article, but the jury also awarded Heard $2 million in her countersuit against Depp.

Vasquez was widely praised for her performance during the trial and was awarded a promotion following her success in the courtroom.

Meanwhile, Depp and his London lawyer girlfriend, Joelle Rich, ‘were dating’ during his US court battle against Heard this summer, but ‘aren’t exclusive,’ according to sources connected to the pair.

They added that Rich had no role in Depp’s legal defense and was not there for business reasons – but that Depp is not looking for a serious relationship at this point in time. The Mail was previously told by a source that: ‘She was not there in a professional capacity as she wasn’t on the US team who were dealing with the case.’

The latest news appears to confirm earlier speculation that the two were together throughout the trial in the summer.

Hal Williams is an accomplished African American actor, renowned for his notable contributions to the entertainment industry. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, he went on to gain recognition for his recurring roles in popular television sitcoms like Sanford and Son, The Waltons, and 227.

This is what Chris Rock saw when Will Smith slapped him, according to AI

An artist has shared a series of AI images that have recreated Chris Rock’s point of view from the 2022 Oscars, where he was slapped by Will Smith.

During the 2022 ceremony, Oscars host Rock made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head – a style she chose as a way of dealing with the alopecia she suffers from. Will Smith, who is married to Pinkett Smith, then walked on stage and slapped the comedian. He later shouted “keep my wife’s name out of your fucking mouth.”

The clip quickly went viral but an artist has now used the Artificial Intelligence-driven software Midjourney to create a series of images that show the altercation from Rock’s point of view.

“POV: You just talked smack about Will Smith’s wife at the Oscars (Big mistake),” wrote Barsee as he shared the first of four images.

The images have been shared across Twitter, with many users scared by the realism.

“I’m sorry but this AI thing is beginning to scare me,” wrote one user. “This makes me deeply uncomfortable,” added another while a third declared the “age of deep fakes is here!”

It comes days after an AI-generated image of Pope Francis apparently wearing a Balenciaga-inspired puffer jacket also went viral on Twitter.

Shortly afterwards, Midjourney temporarily disabled the platform’s free tier “due to a combination of extraordinary demand and trial abuse.”

Over the past year, Will Smith has reportedly “tried unsuccessfully” to make amends with Chris Rock.

In July last year, Smith posted an apology video to address his actions. “I’ve reached out to Chris [Rock] and the message that came back is he’s not ready to talk, and when he is, he will reach out,” he said.

During a Netflix stand-up show last month, Rock addressed the Oscars slap and said he “wasn’t a victim”.

“Everybody knows it happened,” Rock said. “I got smacked a year ago. I got smacked at the Oscars by this motherfucker. And people are like, ‘Did it hurt?’ It still hurts. I’ve got ‘Summertime’ ringing in my ear.”
