What Will Happen If I Am Able To Use 75% Of My Brain?

Published

on

You’d be in a coma if you were only using 75% of your brain. The notion that people don’t use 100% of their brains is pseudoscientific BS. It made for a fun movie, but like all French sci-fi movies, a deeply fantastical one.

The truth is that evolution doesn’t do freebies. A human brain consumes 25% of your body’s total energy output—so, metabolically speaking, your brain is expensive. So much so that when humans took up agriculture around 10,000 years ago, the volume of the average brain shrank by about the mass of a tennis ball. Apparently hunter-gatherers had to be more versatile.

Scientific and Spiritual Benefits Of being a Cat Owner

Published

on

By

Animals are highly spiritual than human beings but just that they cannot talk. Some have spiritual eyes that can see things beyond the physical. To those who once stayed in small villages or communities, you would agree with me that, on every each day around 12 o’clock in the night, dogs starts to bark in numbers. There is a reason for that. When dogs starts barking during these hours, something supernatural is happening at that time. Because dogs have they abilities to see spiritual things, they see witches and wizards they know as human beings in the community flying in the skies. Dogs wouldn’t bark for no reason. They only bark at that time when they see things beyond the physical. So anytime you hear dogs barking at that ungodly hour, know that the witches and wizards in the area are on their way to meeting.

Now, what about cats. Cats do not only have spiritual eyes, they have healing powers. If you have realized anytime a cat sees its owner it purrs itself around the body in a vibrational way. The vibration from cats can heal our bones, muscles and tendons. Cats vibrates at 20 to 140 hertz. The release of endorphins from cats has also been found to assist in soothing pain. Aside these benefits, many stories have been told about cats replacing their lives or dying in place of their owners. Yes it is spiritually true. A cat could see what is about to happen to it owner. If it involves death, it will offer itself to save the owner.

The ancient Egyptian cat goddess Bastet was known as the protector of homes. Naturally, her mortal embodiment tends to motionlessly stare at a particular area in your house after its aimless but cautious indoor wandering. According to modern psychics, your cat was busily driving away the hostile atmosphere or entity invading your home especially if they are hissing at nothing. Cats comforts you during nightmares. Cats would also wake you up in a frightening dream. Some would rub their faces while others would tap their paws. Psychics believe that the potency of feline astral energy extends to expelling the otherworldly trespassers of your unconsciousness.

During the early medieval age in Europe, there was a particular page in that historical chapter where both cats and owners share a terrible fate. The violent and hyper-vigilant crusades against evil witchcraft have led to the unjust murders of unmarried women and their pet cats. While pragmatic people would easily condemn whatever motivated such genocide, psychics believe that witches own cats, especially black ones, for their own protection. People who dabble with otherworldly forces are definitely vulnerable to its ill effects just as healthcare workers are prone to diseases. Following this logic, cats safeguard witches from their own ‘work hazards.’

If you’ve got a problem and nobody else to tell it to, your cat can be a great listener. Whether you want to talk about a bad day at work, relationship issues, or share an inner secret you don’t yet feel comfortable sharing with your human friends or family, a cat can be a great source of comfort. They are nonjudgmental and offer nothing but unconditional love, so they’re the perfect “person” to talk to when times are tough. When you become a pet parent to a cat, loneliness can become a thing of the past. If you’re sitting in a chair feeling down about life, chances are your cat will sense this and jump up in your lap to be petted. You’ll be able to see your problems in a different light and realize you’ve got at least one friend in this world, even if it happens to be a furry four-legged one that needs its litter box changed. In fact, cats are used to significantly reduce the feelings of loneliness in seniors. Another feeling about black cats was that they brought good fortune. And if the person who found a black cat with a single white hair, could pull the hair out without being scratched, it would come into a lot of money and also find true love.

It is obvious to all cat parents that cats have a ‘sixth sense’. They seem to understand a great deal more than we give them credit for. When we come home, after being out for several hours, the cat is very likely to be sitting at the door as if it knows we will be home very soon. Besides having every keen eye, they are very observant about their surroundings. Cats are not just adorable, but make an amazing pet as well. The Egyptians believed that the powers of a living cat could protect them from all evil. Europeans, in many country areas, thought that cats were essential to a good harvest. So they were treated with great respect and care. A sitting cat, with her back to the fire, was believed to be a sign that frost was on its way. Placing a cat in a cradle in Russia was thought to veer evil spirits away from a new baby. In old China, people felt they could tell the time when they looked into a cat’s eyes. The ancient Romans were of the opinion that changing eye colour in a cat had a connection with the changing phases of the moon. In ancient Egypt, they believed the eyes of a cat mirrored the rays of the sun and protected mankind from darkness and despair.

Even in the Christian Bible, someone was travelling with a horse, an Angel appeared in the middle of the way, the horse saw the Angel and refused to move forward whiles it was been beaten by the owner until the Angel opened the eyes of the man to see the reason why the horse stopped. Journeying with cats or dogs in your vehicle, protects and saves you from car accidents and vehicular problems. Treat your animals, especially cats and dogs with utmost care, love, attention and freedom. They have many powers to save you. Sometimes you may not know they’ve saved you because most times spirituality is not open to the naked eye. Sometimes too, you’ll feel the effect of their blessing upon your lives. Do your best, to own a pet and treat it well!

Women from the Hamar tribe in Ethiopia are whipped to show their love for men going through Rite of Passage ceremony. The beatings go on until their backs turn bloody. They are not allowed to scream. They even beg the men to do this again and again because that’s their belief and culture.

They are said to be abreast with everything happening around the world,  but that has not stopped them from practising a rather bizarre culture of women proudly accepting beatings as part of an initiation ceremony for men.
On the eastern side of the Omo Valley in southern Ethiopia, the Hamar tribe have unique culture and customs, one of them being a cattle-jumping ceremony where the beatings of the women take place.

The ceremony starts with all the female relatives performing a dance, during the dance they offer themselves as subjects to be whipped by men who have recently been initiated.

The beatings go on until their backs turns into blood. During the beatings, women are not allowed to scream, they do not also flee the ceremony but rather beg the men to beat them over and over again whilst dancing.

The women accept these beatings to show their love and support of the initiate, and their scars give them a right to demand his help in time of need.
The man must subsequently leap across 16 cows in order to be allowed to marry and once that is achieved a celebration is held to end the ceremony
beatings are not just ceremonial.

Women in the Hamar tribe are subject to beatings even after the ceremony at any time the man pleases unless they give birth to at least two or three children.
The rules of the tribe also say that,

men do not need to explain why they are beating the women as they can do so as and when they feel is right.”

This has created deep scars at the backs of the women which they proudly show off as beautiful according to them.
In spite of these, women in the Hamar tribe are expected to be strong like the men and are supposed to do all household chores, take care of the children and sow crops as well as keep the cattle.

Hamar men can also marry more than one woman, but the women who are not first wives are treated more like slaves as they do a majority of the work.
